Kempco Inspection Services was founded in 1978 by Bob Kemp and has been in business to present. Robert Kemp CEO/Owner has been with Kempco for 23 years. He has signature authority Maritime OSHA Title 29, Part 1919; Shore-Based Material Handling Devices, Loose Gear and Wire Rope Testing, and Non-Destructive Examinations. Kempco Inspections has experience in the General Construction Equipment Industry, such as Rough Terrain Cranes®, Crawler Cranes®, Overhead Cranes, Pedestal Cranes Versalift® and Manlifts®. Kempco Inspections is associated with several organizations such as Crane Certification Association of American (CCAA),The Houston Area Safety Council (NASAP-XNET) and Houston Round Table. Kempco Inspection Services Inc. is a recognized private agency that performs third-party unbiased worldwide inspections for the Crane Lifting and Heavy Equipment Industry. Kempco Inspections has offices in Houston, Corpus Christi and Tulsa.
